2. Products, Descriptions & Pricing
We make every effort to display our diamonds and jewelry, including carat weight, cut, color, clarity, and metal type, as accurately as possible. Because natural and lab-grown diamonds are unique, slight variations between product photography and the item you receive may occur. Where a product is sold with an independent grading certificate (e.g. GIA, IGI), the certificate details take precedence over website descriptions. All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse any order, or correct pricing and description errors at any time, including after an order has been submitted.
3. Orders & Payment
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or item unavailability. Payment is processed securely at checkout; you represent that any payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.
4. Custom, Engraved & Resized Items
Items that are custom-made, engraved, or resized to your specifications are produced specifically for you. Please review our Refund Policy for details on how these items are handled.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping timeframes, methods, and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon our carrier's delivery to the shipping address you provide, except where insured shipping terms in our Shipping Policy state otherwise.

Our Refund Policy describes the return window, eligible items, and refund process, and forms part of these Terms.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, and design, is owned by or licensed to CaratStreet and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.
