Every order ships free, fully insured, and requires a signature on delivery, given the value of our pieces. We don't ship to P.O. boxes for this reason. Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking number by email.

Yes. Every diamond we sell, natural or lab-grown, is independently graded by GIA or IGI. You'll find the certification details on the product page, and the physical certificate ships with your order.
